In 2026, Canterbury Children’s Literature Festival is expanding — and we couldn’t be more excited!
Next year, we’ll be bringing the joy of books and stories to local schools all week long, in the run-up to the festival weekend. That means one or two incredible authors visiting schools every day — completely free for the schools involved.

To help make this happen (and to support the festival as a whole), we’re launching a special fundraising auction of truly amazing literary treasures!

Each auction lot has been kindly donated by authors, publishers, illustrators, and book lovers who share our passion for inspiring young readers.
