About the Author

During my journey as an author, I have created Little Literature World as an umbrella

for the characters who appear within my published children’s books. These books

include the Tilda series of three picture books and a chapter book FLEA & The Sapphire Spell suitable for ages 5 to 8 years. The sequel, FLEA & The Disappearing Gold is to be released at the end of June this year.

My passion for reading and inspiring children to believe in their imagination is why I started to write stories professionally, and I thoroughly enjoy working alongside schools and smaller organisations to promote creative writing and character building.

I have recently celebrated World Book ‘Week’ with author visits to primary schools sharing my chapter book during their assemblies.

My background is not directly linked to the literary world I am in fact an equestrian coach! I did however spend many years as a school governor where I oversaw the reading and writing curriculum ensuring every opportunity for resources to be made available to the children. My desire to become an author myself never left me!
