Ten Steps to Us Writing Workshops with Attiya Khan

We are really excited to be bringing local author Attiya Khan to schools with Canterbury Children's Literature Festival on Wednesday 8th July. Attiya can offer individual class workshops and larger assembly style events. Timings can be adjusted to suit schools' needs, please book the morning or afternoon session and we will be in touch to discuss.

Encourage the budding writers in your school in these writing workshops with Kent based author Attiya Khan, whose novel Ten Steps to Us explores themes of bullying, friendship and interracial love stories. In these workshops, Attiya will explore various themes and use writing prompts to encourage young people to create their own stories, using their own experiences to explore representation and creativity.

School events are provided free to local schools with Canterbury Children's Literature Festival covering the costs.
